Strength and Conditioning

New for 2025 - S&C classes for runners

Strength and conditioning (S&C) is the thing that most runners know they need to do but often struggle to find the time (and let's be honest, motivation) to do it. S&C not only corrects weaknesses in your body which helps to protect against injury, it also improves your efficiency, ultimately making you faster.

Knowing where to start, what exercises will be the most beneficial, and having access to weights without incurring expensive gym fees can all feel like barriers.

Which is why I'm now running TWO S&C sessions - bodyweight classes and weights-based classes and 1:1 sessions.
